DEVA AUTOTRONICS ‘Power Management Systems’ in Buses, Commercial Vehicles and Off-road vehicles address the needs for distributed smart power communication gateways of all real time vehicle functions of audio, video, power, status and information in all of today’s complex vehicle electrical architecture environments by creating local sub zones in large vehicles.

The systems are designed to operate on all the standard industry communication gateways and protocols like CAN, LIN, Ethernet, J1939, RS485 and K Line. External wireless integration of Bluetooth, GPS, GSM and Wi-Fi are also standard features.

The smart connected technology provided by us addresses the continuous incremental ECUs and information flow with state-of-the-art diagnostics, taking care of all the three environments – Chassis, Body and Dash of the vehicle. This leads to considerable reduction of wiring and thereby eliminates excess components, fuses, relays and weight with pre-maintenance features, alerts, and intelligent corrective actions. This leads to significant improvement in Reliability, reduction of time and development costs.

Intelligent Power Management Module system is modular and scalable to multiple units of same and different configurations. This allows for integration of evolving models, easy integration of 3rd party sensors and optimal freedom to quickly adapt to application requirements.

The complete in-house autonomy in software management leads to quick turnaround time for change management to cater to different OEMs and vehicle platforms.

Our systems connect with Vehicle Telematics to transmit the desired parameters of the vehicle to the backend managers.
